Trisston's Art Work

Throughout my life, I have always enjoyed art, painting, and the expression of the arts. As a young girl, I took art lessons as an after school activity for several years. However, it was not until graduating from college that I began directing my attention to seriously pursuing my love of painting. I have a passion for painting landscapes and seascapes. I am drawn to the beauty, serenity, and tranquility of nature. I believe that miracles are all around us, and nature is no exception. I view nature as God’s canvas and I try to recreate this simple but exquisite beauty in my artwork.

Today, I have paintings on display in public and private galleries throughout Alabama…including the VSA arts of Alabama Traveling Exhibit…which made a stop at the Birmingham Museum of Fine Art for the month of August and making its final stop at the Alabama State Capitol for the month of October.  I consider it a blessing and an honor to be able to share my vision of God’s masterpieces with others through my paintings.
